Panospria is a little netlabel nestled in the remains of the No Type umbrella. Kirk McNally, Jeff Morton’s And the Daily Life is only their fifth out of six releases this year and each has a certain quality among them. The netlabel is focused on primarily Canadian experimental artists. If you’ve read this blog before then you would not be at all surprised that I highly recommend McNally and Morton‘s experimental album that is made with prepared electroacoustic clarinet, samples, field recordings, circuit-bent keyboard, prepared piano, and a drum machine among other items. Filled with drones, glitches and other processes, And the Daily Life is always fascinating in its curiosity and exploration of sound and resonance.
